Privacy policy.

Insurely, with the registered name of Insurely AB, org. no. 559103-5646, a company registered in Sweden at the registered address Drottninggatan 71C, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Insurely”, “we”, or “us”), cares about your privacy and wants you to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, share, and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

This policy only applies to personal data that we handle in connection with you using our website or insurance-related services:

Usage of Insurely via partner services
Website and Marketing

Usage of Insurely via partner services.

When you use Insurely through one of our partners, for example through your bank or insurance company that uses Insurely as a technical provider for the purpose of retrieving pension or insurance data from a third party, the respective partner is the main data controller for the processing of personal data that takes place in connection with the use of the service you have requested. Insurely then processes the personal data as a data processor on the written instructions of the respective partner, which is directly linked to the performance of the service.

In addition, Insurely, as data controller, may anonymise certain user data and insurance and/or pension data in order to improve our products and services. This processing is authorized by our partners and has been deemed compatible with the original purpose of the data collection. We take several measures to ensure that the data we use for this purpose is anonymized, e.g. by deleting all direct identifiers, converting values into ranges (e.g. regarding age or postal code), applying hash algorithms, etc.

We base our anonymisation process on our legitimate interest to improve our products and services, as it benefits you as a user. Once the data has been anonymised, there is no longer a link to you and the data is no longer considered personal data.  If you want to know more about our anonymisation process or what we use the anonymised data for, please contact us at privacy@insurely.com.
